Ryan Southard has been in the pool industry since the age of 18. An experienced swimming pool contractor, he founded Dreamscapes Pool & Spa, Inc. and Monarch Deck Coatings, a successful deck, pool deck, and patio waterproofing company based in Southern California. He has since moved to Dandridge, Tennessee, to be near his family and start his next endeavor, Ryan Pools. As the owner, he takes a hands-on approach and is actively involved in every swimming pool and spa maintenance, cleaning, and repair project.
